Why I objected to the Motspur Park Gas Holders development.

The proposed Berkeley Homes development of the Motspur Park Gasholders was mentioned to me by dozens of residents by email, and in person at street surgeries in Worcester Park.

After lengthy discussions with the developer and other relevant groups - I gave serious consideration and scrutiny to the proposals.

That is why I decided to formally object to the proposals as they were outlined.

I had and still have serious concerns about the impact on Worcester Park - particularly around traffic management.
