Tackling Local Issues

Change starts close to home.

As your local champion - Luke is committed to solving the problems that impact daily life in Sutton, Cheam and Worcester Park.

He is in constant dialogue with local groups and campaigners to make sure that local issues - from the small to the big - are addressed and that local people have a say over what happens in their area.

Of course these issues often have huge national (and sometimes international) forces driving them, but Luke believes that politics can't just be about Parliament. It has to be about getting in on the ground to tackle the problems we're all facing practically. Read more about local issues below!
